IWIB4AI Use Case #4: AI in HR Recruiting Systems: Addressing Ethical Issues and EU AI Act Compliance

The objective of this use-case is to have panelists share best business practices to enhance fairness, transparency, and compliance in AI-Driven HR Recruiting Systems when Addressing Ethical Issues & Compliance with the EU AI Act.

Overview:

AI-driven HR recruiting systems are increasingly utilized to streamline the hiring process, improve efficiency, and reduce biases. However, ethical concerns such as discrimination, lack of transparency, privacy issues, and compliance with regulatory frameworks like the EU AI Act need to be addressed to ensure these systems are fair, trustworthy, and legally compliant.  At the panel discussion, we will explore what are the best business practices to address these concerns and mitigate the risks.
